At the time I was searching for my own place I was under an enormous amount of pressure and all I wanted was somewhere to live with my wife and from the first time I stepped into the villagers office I knew I had to get approved. I felt at home and I appreciate how professional the staff has been since day 1. The location is great and I could not have asked for a better apartment to live in.

I lived here at the villager for a year and I really really LOVE it! Great price, great staff, and very clean. I honestly don't have any complaints. Unfortunately I have to relocate cities due to my job, and that is the only reason why I'm moving out, but if I had a choice to stay, I wouldn't think twice. One of the best places so far!

The Villager was our home for 8 years...same apartment the entire time. We were always satisfied and loved our apartment!! We just moved out this weekend and I really wanted to thank and commend the managers...ALWAYS very professional, courteous and accommodating...thank you for all your assistance, you went above and beyond to help me get situated with Casa Madrid.
